Guild hall question

Hey all just wondering if there is any difference in the guild halls you can buy for plat aside from just the space available. I heard that the DynaStar "Galaxy" Penthouse has terminals with discounted items but I cannot confirm that info so I decided to post here before I went ahead and started my guild. Thanks in advance for your responses.

My guild has the tier 3 one which gives discounted enhancers and 750 credits for 1000 potions

Tier 1 is just a nice sized meeting place. Tier 2 has the discounted stim/energy packs (100 for 750 credits). Tier 3 also has the discounted stims/energy packs and adds an enhancer vendor that sells enhancers at a slightly reduced price and some enhancers for credits rather than plat.
