Parkour?

Is there anyone out there that knows how to do Parkour? Im start learning it, it looks epic.

I saw one kid trying to do it in school and I decided to look it up last year....I tried it but its pretty hard. Shoes really help...But it certainly does get easier...I dont try to do it anymore...

We have a school here in Portland OR so hopefully you can find some likeminds where you live. Good luck. I find most all martial slyles beautiful, along with parq. I spent years in a shotokahn dojo, loved it! Cheers.

I'm good at it just not good on the flips but I can do huge gaps and climb up anything pretty quick
