i send report 12 h ago and still no answer. i have a trouble-password on my account was reset. i didnt recieve notification on my mail. i also tried to recover password in game, but i still didnt recieve a new one. I check all folders on mail every hour. what can i do? ty in advance

Same happening with me... Tried to contact support team for some help they replied once asking more details and after that they are dead from 18days... :(
Checking my mail daily... Not even automated responce for granting case working ;(
