I have recently purchased sns,as I was trying to slot it,a ping spike happened ,my game froze, I hit buttons to try and unfreeze, I was dced,upon return,I see my sns is open.
So I contact sts about re egging,their website has a procedure to do this still in place,I followed the guidelines as set out.
I received a response saying they received my request and would look into it.
A week later,5 emails,and surprise sts doesn't respond, I guess they don't believe their customer base deserve a follow response,all I am asking them to do is follow the process they have listed on their own support page and re egg my sns so I can use it in slots on other pets.
Does anyone else get ignored by sts,about policy issues?

Uhm, Just pm your Case no. To one of the devs.
And specially today. "Weekend" They're resting. But the good idea is to pm them your Case no. And they'll take care of it. Just wait for 'em ;)

I think they do re-egging as long as you didn't level the pet.

I haven't leveled the pet and I messaged ,justg,vroom,mad carapace,and no response.
I gave them my case number and info,I just can't believe they will not notify me if they are gonna do it,as of now sns is in my stable useless

I think they just look at the messages and say ''oh we'll reply to that later'' everyone messages ''We'll reply to these later what we gotta do right now is work on our games, events etc and when you do send another message they do the same thing ''later we reply'' That's what I'm assuming what happens because its happened to a lot of companys.

Ive played other games where u cant even find a way to contact supports, if you wanna compare to WoW which has 24 hrs call support, you should compare the difference inplayer pools first. Just be patience, small teams needs big rests

Youre slotting egg mean youre on stable tab and no way to open sns from there. If youre lagging, ping spiked or game freezes while you hit buttons sometimes it gets registered a data sent to servers and very unlikely for you to hit inv > egg > sns > open > yes.

Unsatisfied with sns i guess?

Dont know how he stole. My rouge account is stolen..

Logged in to my secondary account and it asked me to register new acc -_-. My nekro rouge was missing.
Emailed support about it with details, few mins later i found a screenshoot if my acc and mailed it to them for proper recognize ..4 days laylter support team replied to pic that send us details about account.
Meanwhile that account thief spotted at paradise pier with my rouge.:sorrow:
Emailed them all details again and waiting

I hope support team will get it back for me :sorrow:

well we need to make this thread popular enough that sts can't ignore it,so I f you have complaints about sts follow up support then add to this thread,thanks guys and imbaack I am sorry they banned you

I am just telling you all what happen, I will leave it to the know it all,to predict what happened in a situation that they knew nothing about ,because they were not there,but keep trying, telling simple who experienced something, that they didn't experience something, sounds so smart,especially when you have no clue
