Grind in "Dead Man's Cave" until 19, after that you can go to Numa.

Agreed. Specifically, find a group with at least 1 Engie that wants to do "xp runs" and designate a leader to remake ("rmk") the level as soon as it is done. Run and repeat quickly, and you will grind out those levels in no time.
Once you hit level 19, do the same in Planet Numa Prime, The Outer Limits. Remake there as soon as only 9 enemies remain. Do not finish the level, as from 9 to 0 enemies remaining is very slow xp. Some will go to either 5 or 1 remaining, but in my opinion, it's just too slow...
And remember, if no one is saying "rmk", you're doin' it wrong! :)
