My lvl 15 tank has 31 base str and I get 7 str from my armsman armor which makes a total of 38 str but still I am unable to equip a lvl 10 axe which requires 34 str.. Please help me out.

ya... "boosting" doesnt work anymore so u need a base of 34 to use that axe...

its not a bug... so its gonna be "forever"...
