yes i know this item not tradeable.. but i need stashable..
1 respec kit is more useful if stashable for my alt char..
no problem if this item not tradeable..
in this case, i ask why this item not stashable??

totaly i have "1 respec scroll" 20x in my inventory.. in that character have 149 respec.. coz of that im not open it -.-
sure. this item is more useful if stashable. coz my alt more need this :(
