I ordered plat on Sept. 10th and still have not received it. I emailed support about it 2 days ago and haven't gotten a response yet.

They will. I had this same issue and STS cleared it up for me.
Protip: Don't order from the link in the game. It has messed up like this 3 times for me. Instead just go to the spacetime studios webstore. Instant receipt this way.

Oh wow, i've never had problems from in game purchases. I actually felt safer that way. Srry for troubles!

I got bit by it too (and still waiting, although I have already been in contact with them). Don't use the in game purchasing... it's evil :)
