Please give me some information about:
1) Is there LV 61 equipment??
2) Which boss will give Glyph wand of charmin'?
3) Which boss will give Glyph bracer of charmin'?

Familiar name, is that orange or green?
Anyway, I'm not sure if there's been exact documentation, but my guess is that they drop anywhere throughout the campaign. What piece from which map, I don't know.
