Does anyone know where this comes from? Does it drop or is it a plat purchase? If it drops, where does it drop? I only see them for sale in the auction.
I think there's a quest for it in the splintered tree tavern in Kelys. Magical Mug?

Yes, I got the quest for the magic mug, but this is one of the items needed to craft it. I seem to have finished all the magic mug quests as the NPC is now giving me a quest for the tray. Yet I still need the Fancy Mug to craft the Magical Mug.
