What is a swingler?

Is it someone who is in an "open relationship" that tries to coax others into their lifestyle?

Or did STS mean "Swindler?"

EDIT: This refers to all Operative platinum armor. The prefix used is Swingler.

A swinging swindler, perhaps? Actually, there is an achaic word, "swinge", that means to "punish someone with blows", so a swingler would be someone that beats the daylights out of someone, right? So, kind of fitting for Ops. ;-)
