HELP!! can't finish the quest kill vular ticker!

So I was quite well on completing my quest but I stopped on vular ticker. I've been accepting the quest so many times and kill the vular ticker so many times but yet I still didn't got a notice saying that QUEST COMPLETE. I wonder if there's a bug or my problem? If I don't complete the quest I can't level up my character, or maybe I will quit star legends cos it's wasting my time.

Hi,
Are you sure you killed the vular ticker not just A vular or the vular mother?

The ticker appears ramdomly in different dungeons.

It's not green like the others, more dark purple/ violet to brown in colour.

the ticker appears in two separate locations, make sure you host the dungeons not join another one. Again I say to READ the quest description, it tells you everything, hell they even tell you how to beat the bosses
