I've always liked the way duel weapons look, but I have never had it work out statwise for any of my toons. Usually Im able to get better stats in other ways, so I end up passing. Sooo
Where might they be effective?
Gimme yer build suggestion like

3: pvp or pve ?
4: farms area x?
5: items required?
