Level 28 Operative: Precision - 25 energy, 60 sec. cool-down, 10 sec duration self-buff, +5 hit %, +10% critical

Appears to be not unlike Focus.

Well this blows yet again. Another skill with a cool down so long you. Don't want to get. I was going to buy plat for the op gear because of the dodge but all these skills oh forget it. I don't even want to play anymore. I was hoping for some good skills.

Well...Focus ups your health and mana regen while Precision ups your Hit and Crit. I respecced and topped out Precision. With 6 points, it goes to +14% Hit and a whopping +60% Crit. Cool-down and duration remain the same.

And Acezero, yeah, I'd like it better if the cool-down was shorter, but I just don't spam this one. I save it for tight spots and bosses like the director. He takes long enough to kill that I can pop it a couple times.

Yah maxed precision is amazing. Use it on bosses or tough mobs and you can dish out a ton of damage.

Any info on what the com skill does? or the eng skill? The last skill is obtained at level 30?

The last skill is obtained at level 30?
Is the last skill learned at lvl 30? I figured it would be lvl 32 or 33 following the progression we have now.

What? No its not worth it you get a 33% bonus. With crits and a 133% bonus with mindwreck. Keep in mind during that duration you can use it once. So not worth it.

Level 28 Commando: Back Breaker - 15 energy, 5 sec, cool-down, 12m range, 11-20 damage + taunt (Lvl 3)Me)

Level 28 Operative: Precision - 25 energy, 60 sec. cool-down, 10 sec duration self-buff, +5 hit %, +10% critical (Canon)

Level 28 Engineer: Decay - 12 energy, 20 sec, cool-down, 20-35 damage for 2 sec + 5 ticks, -60 armour (Lvl 6)Dalek)

Will need to go back and check base stats though as we had already leveled these..

The Com skill could be useful as yet another taunt is good for Com. Is this an AOE?

Op skill is good, when it's actually working. Guess they don't want you doing a ton of crits too often. What's the duration on it though?

Eng skill is single target or AOE? Lowering armor sounds fun. Would work nice with Op skill that does that too, and also improve Eng damage potential.

And there's another skill per class at 30? Seriously we need more skill slots, and to see them all at once. It's becoming hard to choose.

And that's what makes horse races. :) Mind Wrack as it now is has a 6 sec. cool-down 12m range and adds 15-25 damage (that's maxed with 6 points). If you get a crit hit, so much the better, but the skill doesn't do anything to help that happen. In comparison, Precision (with it's too long of a cool-down, admittedly), ups my Hit % from 85 to 100 (I'm gonna hit) and my Crit from 5 (ouch) to 65%.

I'm not dissing on Mind Wrack--I've got it maxed--and it's a good, frequent use work-horse of a skill. But I'm liking Precision the more I use it, mainly on mini-bosses, bosses and gun turrets. They're far enough between that the skill has time to cool-down before I need it again. But, as we all like our own set-ups best, YMMV. :D

ETA: 10 sec. duration, Bron.
