Frost bolt masteries

If in the first place u guys didn't allow frost bolt freeze effect to have role in pvp and boss,why now u guys allowing freeze have role?

Remember the 'Breeze' pet before it was nerfed? If you do, it pretty much explains why.

On breeze it was clearly nerfed,but freeze on frost bolt more like,what should I called this... hmmm... tiny fixed/restored? Hehehe

I have no problem with that honestly,since I already get used that frost bolt can't freezing at some situation.

I used to using both fireball and frost bolt (both without masteries up) in underhull and let immo/hex staff finished the job,then switch fire/frost with lightning on boss ... hehehe

Only 4% maxed (0.4% each up frost masteries) chance to freeze. It will not happen too often ...hehehe... dunno if popular or not,I just used frost bolt without masteries.

I'm used to frostbolt not freezing in PvP too, but at least they left the slow untouched. IMO, if freeze won't work in PvP then at least increase the slow percentage or duration :)

Some mages I run with used frost masteries but never saw boss freeze so far or didn't notice it (since it just last long for 1 or 2 sec if I'm not mistaken). Hehehe.

I ran it 10/10 during the Ursoth event and saw it freeze at least once every two boss fights - usually more often.

Not alot of people using it since frost already freeze the mobs itself without mastery, and in pvp was same cause of stun immunity and low chance
