Tyrannica's AA bug in PvP?

When I use AA while standing nearby the enemy. I get the debuff cloud and the enemy too. Why do I get the debuff cloud? (In PvP)

STS development team, fix it please! It sucks when the purple clouds goes onto you and lowers your armor instead of enemies.
