right now the winter festival items are highly desired for low lvl pvp and rightfully so
my suggestion is that if the winter festival comes back instead of the same items dropping, have new items drop like helms (maybe armor too!)
we have the winter festival weapons and shields, why not helms (maybe armor?) as well
there arent that many lvl 10 helms available to anyone outside of a plat purchase and PL has been a game in which plat stuff can get you good items, but hard work can get you better ones
