I deleted one of my characters 3 weeks ago so is it possible that sts retrieves it back ? If not its ok its my fault and I still have other toon :D
Ps I already sent email,I just want to know if its even possible :)

I think 1 month can still be restored
Had a similar case and i think it was 3-4 weeks as well

Maybe try to send seo your case #. Shouldn't really take them 7 days to reply for a simple char recovery :/. Good luck

No, mine wasn't when it happened to me.
@Mel that sucks, I hope they are able to restore it soon enough.
