For rogue definitely maridos
Why?
Huge HP and mana buff without much crit and hp loss.
AA boost your hp mana damage crit and armor.
Why not toor? Stat are good but it wont help you survive. If enemy use razor shield/jugg/arcane shield then toor gonna be useless. Also if enemy stand out of his AA.
By the way PA ( passive ability aka normal attack ) of toor is slower than maridos
