CS purchase not going through?

Recently I purchased an item from the CS. After checking my inventory I realized that the CS took my money, but I didn't recieve the item.

Anyone else having this problem?

Well that didn't happen to me but I was checking my sales in cs when I collected the money it said "and error has occurring while retrieving your money"Well I checked my inventory and the money was there so I'm thinking that the player who bought it happened to them?
