Having a L2 Sai laying in my bags. Know it returned from being discontinued once, but what's the status now? I it still lootable?

Level 1 -2 (might be all 5, icr, been awhile) FH drops it on a L2 and 1 toon, it is not discontinued.
Same for the "broken sword".
