Is that plat Nuri? If not you'd be super lucky to get a blade steel from there I used to farm funhouse a lot on 56s and only looted one blade steel
And yes they drop from all the bosses

All the main bosses drop, idk about minibosses

I do not think they drop from the mini bosses, but who knows, you might get lucky

If your looking for a steady glyph steel flow your going to be better off in plat nuri with a classy & cut trasher (no luck)
Because the drop rate in mini nuri is horrible for steel drops, your better off running luck & hopping for pinks if your running mini nuri & not plat nuri.
