Pet powers question

I have a short question about pet powers since I didn't use this option so far. Is it possible to have two same base pets with different powers? For example, i sit possible to have Nightshade as it is and additional Nightshade with for example Hisha arcane ability?

So, real question is if another's pet AA is added, does system allow opening of another egg of same base pet?
