weak diamond craft time is 5 seconds

the crafting time for weak diamond jewels is 5 seconds. i guess is a bug cause standard lighting jewel crafting time is 4h

In order to help facilitate newer players into the Jewel System (and to make it faster for everyone too!) we've reduced the crafting times Damaged and Weak jewels.
