Please do not buy or sell Awakened items via the consignment shop.

Can you please be more specific? How did you lose your stats, and when?

You should also make a thread "Don't upgrade awakened weapons"
Various players obviously lost their awakened stats and I'm still thinking if it's save or not to upgrade my daggers with jewels or my awakening will be gone?

We think this occurs when you start upgrading an item, then the server is bounced.

Yesterday the system was out around 11am CT, then we bounced the server for the event around 1:30pm CT. We think that anyone that started upgrading their items in the timeframe between 11am and 1:30pm CT are the ones who were affected by the bug.

Can anyone else verify this? Has anyone started crafting AFTER the event went live and had their stats disappear?

I have upgraded my weapon 12pm GMT+8 , believe me it was awakened and unlocked 3 slots, i remove the weak mind jewel to replace with standard mind jewel, but after the upgrade has finished, my weapon return to normal, not awakened, no slots :( sad :'(

Please re-download from the Play store and let us know if that fixes your issue.

Dear sets I created new character. I bought 250 inven & 250 furniture inven. I got still 25 craft inven. Where I get that craft inventory & how to I craft elite gem which need 120 inventory.

All slots are remapped when you reroll. Both gems roll for any of the possible enhancements, the only difference between these two is the Elite Awakening Gem gives you better odds for rolling better things and opening up additional slots (if the item will support it).




Justg changing this part, we do not have 100% chance to open a new slot.

it did the same again after moveing it to my phones storage from my sd card it workes fine

I tried 4 weapons with elite after awakening

Lvl 16 - 2 attemps, only 3 slots open always one locked.
Lvl 41 mythic bow - 2 attempts only 2 slots opens
Lvl 41 mythic dagger - 2 attempts all 3 slots open
Lvl 56 - 3 attempts all 4 slots open

Look like additional slot open is not 100% success rate

No it is not a 100% chance. Looking at the wording on my original post, I don't think it infers that it is: "the Elite Awakening Gem gives you better odds for rolling better things and opening up additional slots (if the item will support it)."
