Antimonge vs banished belts

I'd really like to know why does anti sells higher and used more than banished belt, form what I see is that banished gives better stats than anti and sells alot higher, so I'd like to know why?

It s about the rarity and the set bonus. There are only a few Antignome belts out, Antignome helmets the same. With a full Antignome set there is a big bonus. Likewise the Banished set has a big bonus.
The banished ring is (aside from the amulet) the rarest lootable item in game. And without the ring to start the Banished quest, noone has a chance to use the banished belt (which is not that rare) since you need three parts for a reasonable buff compared to the costs. And without the Banished set bonus, the new mythic belts are better.
