That helm is crafted into banished helm threw quest line. ..so unless your working on your banished set quests... nothings next. Check out ardbegs guide in guide section

If you passed the ring part of the banished quest you need to wear that helm for daily quest for banished helm. I think it's 15k ticks of damage to mobs in the last maps but you must wear that helm to make it register. The nice part is that it is a daily quest and you have unlimited rerolls basically for the banished helm you want.
