Is lv41 active for pvp? Is there a level active that is clost to it? (42-45ish)
I'm tired of all the low level twinking I've tried, and don't wanna do endgame bc that's gonna cost me millions. I already have great gear from when 41 was the cap, and so I would have a great start. Thanks guys!
