Re egg still happens?

Hey guys just wondering, does sts still re egg pets? Cuz ive mssged them to re egg my scorch which is lvl 1 and has no xp at all but they havent replied to my email. Btw i sent one email since friday and one on monday..

As far as I know they stopped re-egging with the de-leveling update.

Did you open by purchasing with plat..or egg directly?Opening with egg shows a 2nd button to verify if you are sure to open the egg.

I didnt play the egg event cuz i had no net and i bought alot if eggs and was opening but mistakenly opened scorch
