awakening bug!

Yesterday, I bought a dev bow lv8 (2slots are locked) then I awakened it with elite awakening gem. And idk why only one slot has awakened. I used elite awakening gem and awakened my bow for 10times+.And today, I awakened it again w/ elite awakening gem, Still one slot has awaken . idk why the 2nd slot not opening..
Pls help me w this bug and please FIX this BUG :(
