A couple months ago, my accounts got banned for no reason. So I'm here to ask STS to unban them. I've been a loyal customer for more than 6 years, and all I want is to continue playing your games. Thank you

Make sure to include all info and screenshots if you got. Also platinum or any history of purchased items by platinum will help.

support email system isnt working good...
same happening with me... I tried contacting them for 2 months and no reply...before reading your post i was thinking that they banned me... now i know there is prob in system..

here is solution(pc version) : login to your forum id(if not logged) scroll up this page and click on "SUPPORT" then click on Blue mage in top right corner..
there you will see another way of contacting ... msg from there. It worked for me... hope it helps... good luck :)
