The prices for awakens are actually not stable. Most people buy best on the avilable awakening with good stat and price.

What I am trying to say is that this is a relative concept. Compare your weapon to others in auction (equip it to compare stat) and see where it fits in the ladder.

Observe for a few days of the prices before putting in auction to ensure best price and will help u reach a good decision pm me if ign if u need help further.

U could make more sold my flame forged runesteel who are ussually 150k for 400k had 150 armor 4% armor and dex str int 3%.... So keep up see others and make good decision
