What is the least amount of Int required to achieve 2 M/S?

150 is the number you need. You should be able to get it around lvl 25 or 26 depending on ur gear

Just remember that you'll get almost the same mana regen in reality with little less than that. The mana regen is a floating point number underneath and applied to your mana as such. The 1 to 2 step happens only on stats page, in reality you'll get a tiny bump to mr from every int point along the way.

The stat update page does not take into account gear either. For min-maxing your stat layout it helps to reset all your stats, equip the gear want to use and then +1 to Int until you reach your desired M/s level.
