How much dmg?

not much
maybe 30 dex add like 10 dmg
always go for int,str
str get you more health and make shield not easy to break
it also reduce the dmg from enemy when str is high :)

Actually.... Dex gives more damage for mages than int (check it out when you respec) however, mage uses int to calculate damage bonus, so after a certain point, int gives more damage than dex.

Also, dex provide hp as well, not as much as str though.
So essentially, int dex is more suitable for glass cannon built, where int str can take a bit more hit (and slightly longer-lasting shield.... If you use it)

so for 330 stats points, what is the better distribution for INT & DEX?

1 INT add 3 HP
1 DEX add 5 HP

Dex better than STR if you already got normal hp for specific level IMO.

you got 1 of 2 options unless youre very well equipped... thats either go for survivability and do more damage over time... or you sacrifice that survivabilty to do high crit damage attacks in hopes of killing faster... risk with that is you usually die faster as well...

LOL i guess u dont know stat points values XD

I shown values of +1 int, str, dex .... u can see +1 int adds 5hp and +1 dex adds 3 hp :)

so int+ str is better than int + dex in overall stats

Int and str for me. It adds better damage reduc if you cast your shield, pretty good for glass cannon(low armor-high dmg). You may need to revise the arcane shield skill description in game to explain this.

Even dex and int give better dmg and little crit buff, it doesn't widen the gap too much between those two attribute combos.

L-O-L.. Well.. Look.. Respec full dex on your mage and then see the damage, then now respec full dex on your rogué and now see the damage.. How many hours you have being mage?? Dex is useless for mages, even on passive skills i avoid dex one. Int + Str will make you stronger. Int + Dex will make you weaker.

if you actually read what i said in my first post .....

Int gives more damage than dex in the long run because of the "bonus damage", HOWEVER, raw damage wise, dex gives more.

As for hrs? I'm a season 1 mage ...

For low lvl pvp if you play just in gw dex is better but if you are a vs player go str because health is needed

For mages, Go use int n str dude, dex does not improve your crit much (10dex = 0.3+ crit), only some health (10dex = 50health), and it is not needed to make your shield stronger.
