I was reading the official dual spec post in the guides section and it says you can't benefit from dual spec until level 50.
Im 43 and have put half of my stat points into int and the rest into str.
Str/Int enchantress, paladin
My shield, chest and one hander require 95 strength. They boost my armor a ton. The rest of my gear requires int as the main stat.

Is this the whole concept? More str as a base stat allows heavier armor/weps and more health.

Am I doing it wrong? What is the real benefit of level 50 dual spec/gear?

Welcome to forums!
No, you are not doing it wrong. Note that people say the real benifit is 50+ as that was before lots more lower level gear were universally stat requirement lowered. Before, it was easiest to d/s at level 50+.
Please don't mind my grammar, too lazy to check.

Nope, you aren't doing it wrong :)

The only reason why I stated that dual spec-ing is only available from 50+ is because the gear requirements weren't changed until just recently.

I should update the thread, thanks :)
