pinks and purps?

Ok, so I've been doing runs with buddies and 6 times outa 10 it seems to be that I'm getting a purple, in the 5 runs of alien oasis I managed to get 3 purples and on our second run of alien oasis a pink. I don't know what's going on if they raised your chances of getting them, or if I'm just really lucky. Has anyone else managed this lately?

Rarity of drops differs From map to map.

Dont get all too happy about alien oasis drops. :p I used to be like "OMG a pink!" But then I would check CS and bam 2k value lol. Some oasis pinks are good but others are just common pinks. (garbage) unless u want to attempt to sell em for a wee bit more then liquidation price :) Hope you got some uncommon pinks though. Good luck :D

Eventually I got used to the fact I'm getting 2 or 3 purps per run xD

It's sad really that something even half rare is so cheap

Some maps (especially in AO3) will drop a lot pinks. Most of them will be worthless, because they drop so often and have stats inferior to some of the other pinks. We usually call these junk/trask pinks.
