Dungeons, level 10+

Hey all,
Kinda new here, name is Kissell. I am about level 6 now, and I've been mostly soloing my way through most of the dungeons. Is it possible to solo or duo 10-25? I prefer to play with a friend and not just random people. Is a full group needed or can it be done solo or with 2 people? Thanks
