Plates by offers are not granted by sts... Leave dear chad alone and contact trialpay's support or tap Joy's etc...
(Btw in my zone 90% offers are fake online games which can't be done without bots)

If you use Trialpay and did not get your plat, go to the offer page in our game and look in the upper right corner:

Tap dat "?" and you will get to a support screen.

I dunno G, TrialPlay asks for your full name and address, and Then sends you a link to their contact page.
Seems kinda shady :p
