Does the Color of a snowball launcher...

Does the color of a snowball launcher affect the activation of freeze proc? :disillusionment::peach:

I haven't specifically tested this but have used all colors and lvls at some point and it has always seemed to have the same rate of freeze effect and the effect has always lasted for the same duration :-)

I'm pretty sure all colors of Snowball can activate the Freeze Process when you hit the necessary times to roll an activation.
However, the color MAY affect the duration of the effect or the severeness.
I can confirm along with TANKKAAR that the Snowball all have he Freeze Process though:

I believe it's a 30% freeze proc on all launchers. It doesn't stack, but it resets if proc'd a second time before the first wears off. As for durations, i'm not sure. That's something interesting to look into

I don't think the color actually effects it.

even if it does affect the freeze-time, I'm sure that the freeze chance makes up for it... Especially if you're a bear >.>
