Mine gets stuck at 99%. It works under Incognito, but thats slightly annoying.

If you're using chrome on windows, you could set it to open an incognito window by default,

Right click and click "properties", then add "-incognito" to (I think) the address/location text box.

Not really a bug from AL, but from the chrome itself. It happens to me from time to time.

1. It would help clearing caches.
2. Keep on clicking the refresh everytime it stops loading. It will eventually load up, and it will have no problem nextime.

U can try an android emulator if nothing works.

try to reinstall arcane legends from chrome webstore (remove addon), then install again and if that doesnt work just reinstall chrome

otherwise if nonthing of that works you can download NOX app player (prefer it to bluestacks coz you can simulate touch easily)

You can also try Andy android emulator.
I tried it and it works very good. You can customize all input keys and change it to your own favorite playstyle
