It's still likely possible if it's not boldly copyrighted. Like in the past we had marvellous vanities that doesn't actually directed to "marvel" to avoid copyright violation with the studio. Plus all weapon vanities aren't named based on the associated marvel superheroes.Like Ironhands, norse god and captain arlor.

Things like this if implemented, should be done carefully as copyright infringement is a very serious and sensitive issue.
