hii, i have alt character lvl 10 in my acc, its created 2 days ago but when i wanna buy package item (gear, ankh, pot) in that npc, that is no longer selling package. is it removed?

Also he only gives 5 ankh now.... I had to delete my lv 9 (i didn't know the level restriction as well) just to get it , thinking that it'd give me more ankh ....

I have a lvl 10 rogue made just before update and i can still buy at lvl 10 but yeah... only 5 ankhs :(

Petrox Lord of War knows that all new characters get legendary Advancement Packs in their inventory... so he will direct you to open that pack if you haven't already done so. These items are so much better than the ones he sells, he'd be doing you a disservice. That said: if you don't qualify for the new gear (low level character created more than a couple of weeks ago), he will attempt to sell you his default pack (which is as you describe).
