Thinking about making an low lvl pvp account would magma be a good pet for pvp like at lvl 8 13 or 16

Nope. Nowdays you need nekro as PvP pet. In 16 all running around with mm in nekro. You can try 13-14 with some other arcane pet like maridos or toor depends on class

Outdated pets. They can be useful for buffs in clash but i don't think they are useful in PvP in other way.

They are good enough for PvP. If you want twink you really need better pet
