permanent 15% xp boost

If i look in my avatar elixirs section i can see i have a permanent 15% xp bonus .... i have had this for a few years but cant remember where i got it from.
If i buy the starter pack with Courage the lion and its corresponding 15% xp bonus boost will it stack with the one i already have .... thus giving me a 30% xp boost?

It same as xp pack for 10 plat. So it won't stack I guess. And 250 plat don't even worth to IMO.
