Can't update game

For some reason I can't update to the latest version ._. When I go to play store it just says open but in game it still says needs update ._. Haven't played for a few weeks cus work and now I wanna play I can't and it's kinda bumming me out

I had the same problem on my iphone ..... i had to instal IOS10 operating system first on my phone, and then the "update" option became available in the istore.
