I saw a Royal ghost vanity helm in auction for a brief moment. It was like a dofferent colored version of the one in the halloween sneak preview.

How so I aquire one of these?

In preview they said ghost vanity is from boogie bags 2016. There are some left from 2015 halloween event. My bet is devs mistakenly added new loot to old boogie bag.
