Cinco Loco (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8kQgEq_we8) has brought back the classic Halloween adventure with a few new twists and surprises!

Overview:

Get started by talking to the Town Crier (must be Level 20 or higher). He will send you to Halloween Hal in Forest Haven.

As a reward for this introductory quest you will receive a tattered, ruined Zombie costume that you can use for trick-or-treating throughout the land. This costume will not last beyond the Halloween event, so you might want to pick up something more fashionable... and permanent! That's right: this year, Halloween costumes can be purchased outright (no rentals - except the freebie you get from Hal) and you get to keep them forever.

Costumes can be found either from Halloween Hal or by going to STORE > VANITY > ARMOR

You can also buy new Item Packs for level 65 and above. These contain 2 random permanent costumes and a chance for 1 of the unique 2016 Candy Bag vanities or previous event items (Black Cat Shield, Punkin' Chunker, etc).

You can find these packs by going to STORE > NEW

Justg and Cinco, I admire both of your guys' dedication and passion to satisfying your somehow-still-alive PL player base. I know for me, at least, this is a delightful surprise and I'm actually so pumped to hop onto PL. It'll be nice to see a surge of other players jump on -- you'd be surprised how quickly word gets around when new things happen in PL these days.

I guess the question is -- will the new level 80 gear level the playing field with the magor/warat/arzac? Guess we shall find out :)

I was pointing out that the 35 base INT/DEX/STR now has the same price as the 37 base INT/DEX/STR which is better. And 75 Plat ($9.99) is not what I consider a good price for a low level ring.
