Screen Jumping / TDM Freezes

Heyo,
Was wondering if any dev can have a look on current join/rejoin/respawn situation that is happening in tdm.
Each time someone join to room, leave the room, come back after single DC or respawn after death cause screen freeze for 1-2 seconds, sometimes making it unable to even see your char in current position. That's really annoying, especially when we are in era of getting spawned in TDM rooms which means -> you can't react fast enough.
I'm playing on chrome, that's happening daily,

My sister have similar issues in TDM Blood Beach. Android. Her friend joined opposite while she was fighting someone. Her screen freezed for around 1-2 seconds and enemy position changed, She couldn't see him anymore.

Yea, that's what I'm exactly talking about. It's happening to all my friends aswell.

I'm still waiting if any Dev can clarify what's going on :/

This also happens in PvE. Those 1-2s can be extremely deadly for the players suffering from frame lag when someone enters/respawns

It's also happens in PvE when someone change pet, respawn or enter the map. Thinks this happen since last cap.
