Lvl37-39 pvp a thing?

I have seen many players lvl37-39 at pier lately... i asked one of them if pvp is active there and he said it's fairly active. I still have my lvl36 mythic sets so in considering making a lvl38 twink for fun. Anyone know if pvp here is good?

Hmm I'm guessing it might be a fairly active lvl I would think it is since it's such a cheap lvl to pvp but I'm not sure how active it is

Not really, I'm guessing those were alts or new toons being leveled up to max or twinking on 41-47

before lvl61 cap i was checking this lvl pvp ( i have warr ). its dead... u need wait vry long for join player into area. Now pvp 10-16 lvl is good. idk about lvl21-23.
