In the mausoleum you will come to a dead end in one of the paths which will display treasure and an alter in front. It's a random thing so it won't rez everytime.

You must reach next rank to enter in mausoleum

In Mausoleum 2 there are different pathways. One of these leads to a death end where the relic is located(always has a teleporter just in front of the relic). Be advised you won't find relic 100% every map. You just have to keep exploring map after map till you find it
